Rosewood Way Townhomes is a new construction development that brings 62 mixed-income residences to a suburban setting that is both walkable and commutable. Sited on nearly 9 acres, the 10 two-story wood framed townhomes join a neighborhood of mostly single and multi-family homes. Rosewood Way Townhomes reflects Way Finders’ recent push to increase the supply of affordable and mixed income housing in suburban areas, where there is high demand for—and very limited supply of—such housing.

Way Finders is working with design-builder Allegrone Companies and Dietz & Company Architects on the rowhouse-style townhomes, which include one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. Four apartments are fully accessible, and another three apartments will be equipped for those who are sensory (hearing/visually) impaired.

The units encircle a central park-like greenspace, with open grass where residents can relax or play. Around the perimeter of the site is a paved access loop including ample off-street parking. At a separate one-story community building, the hub for Way Finders’ on-site property management and resident services, residents can do laundry and make use of the communal bike racks.

Residents of Rosewood Way Townhomes can access various local destinations—schools, the library, a grocery store, retail shops, cultural organizations, a bus stop—by foot or bicycle. They will also find it easy to connect to major roadways and the breadth of employment opportunities that they lead to.

Construction of Rosewood Way Townhomes is planned to start in spring, 2023 and conclude in 2024.
