WayFinders was founded by Judith Graham, who has a Ph.D. in Family Studies and is a Certified Transactional Analyst (Education). As a faculty member, she taught human development, parenting and relational studies for 14 years at a major state university. She was trained as a professional coach by the Co-Active Training Institute of San Rafael, California. She is a member of the International Transactional Analysis Association (ITAA) and the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
